About Electra
We build the infrastructure that lets student governments run elections institutions can trust — secure, clear, and designed for higher education.
Why Electra exists
University elections are high-stakes, time-bound, and scrutinized. Generic survey tools and paper processes struggle with eligibility, single-use ballots, multi-position tickets, campaign windows, and post-election retention.
Electra is a multi-tenant election management platform built specifically for universities and colleges. Institutions manage their own students, elections, candidates, and results — while platform operators retain oversight where needed.
What we stand for
- Integrity — one eligible vote per position, enforced in the database and application layers.
- Clarity — phases (registration, campaign, voting, results) are explicit and time-bounded.
- Privacy — turnout aggregates and official snapshots, not live ballot exposure.
- Operability — roles that match real campus jobs: admin, voting manager, candidate, student.
Who it is for
Student unions, electoral commissions, and IT teams at universities and colleges that need a production-grade system rather than a one-off form.
