Super admin, institution admin, voting manager, candidate, and student. Each role sees only the surfaces required for their job. Inactive users cannot sign in.

Voting codes
Issued by voting managers to verified students. Hashed storage, optional encrypted copy for resend, configurable expiry, revoke support.

Results & retention
Publish and unpublish official snapshots. Retention settings control how long election data remains before archive/cleanup processes run.

Use Enter institution on the homepage with your institution ID. Staff credentials are provisioned by your institution admin.
